Habits of Top Producers - Allen Weaver

As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Allen has over a decade of sales experience. His passion lies in clarifying his clients’ desires and helping them to build a plan to achieve them. He also loves to help his clients with small steps and consistent actions – the backbone of success to achieve their goals.

Allen loves being in the sales profession because every day is an opportunity for personal growth and to make a new or deeper connection with someone. In addition to sales, Allen has more than a decade of management and leadership experience. He has won multiple President’s trips as a sales representative and is a big believer in the old saying, “You can’t do it all by yourself.”

In his spare time, Allen enjoys playing golf and fishing. He also likes to listen to audiobooks, attend music concerts, and travel. He has a passion for helping our youth through sports, which has led him to working with the First Tee program.

Allen has been married to his “partner in crime” Jamie for more than 10 years and they have a young son.
