Starting in sales as an 18 year old, fresh back from Brazil, Timothy Kittelstad has spent most of his adult life developing his ability to communicate with others. In this workshop Timothy will help bring awareness to things we say and do that cause others to resist accepting what we say to them. Whether it’s in sales, customer service, relationships, Timothy will draw from his history of selling thousands of dollars of knives to homeowners, 3 different network marketing teams, 4 years of customer service at a large university, developing and selling marital art training programs, teaching hundreds of adults and kids how to protect themselves through the same school, and now, selling digital marketing in the b2b space.
Timothy’s experience in customer service and selling/coaching marital arts laid the foundation that the sale cannot be something that happens in a moment at a whim, or under intense pressure. Something deeper has to shift for a real sale to be made. However, many things we do and say cause that process to be very difficult and uncomfortable. So how does one get another person to actually change their mind? Timothy will show you how he was able to help people overcome their internal contradictions and make real changes in their life to be successful. For some, that means now having a new website for their business. For others, it was an entire shift away from a self destructive life headed for suicide.
